Attestation of documents and Issue of Certain Certificates

Police Clearance Certificate, registration of marriage,    attestation of affidavit/ document,     attestation of Power of Attorney (POA), educational certificates etc. will be accepted between 9.00 AM to 11.30 on all working days.

Applicants are required to submit miscellaneous services form which can be downloaded under ‘download’ section.  Please affix your  specimen signature below the photograph and the passport details. The applicant has to submit one additional photograph, original passport with its photocopy with the application form). In case, there are more than one signatories on a POA, the above requirement is to be completed by each individual. If no space is available on the original POA, a separate sheet may be attached as an enclosure to the original POA and should be notarized. The additional photographs must have their names printed on the reverse of the respective photograph.  The application, along with supporting documents, and original passport should be submitted during prescribed timings.

Please be noted that affidavits, undertakings and other legal instruments should be got attested first from the Notary Public.  Consulate will attest the signature and stamp of the Notary and will not bear any responsibility of the truthfulness of the contents of such a document.
